This five-day course conforms to the syllabus for those delegates wishing to gain both Change Management Foundation and Practitioner level qualifications.
This course provides delegates with the opportunity to look at approaches to managing change and demonstrate they can apply the principles in practice. Four core areas will be explored: change and the organisation, change and the individual, communications and stakeholder engagement and change management in practice. Together they will enable a delegate to develop a comprehensive change management plan to support effective change within an organisation.
The Foundation and Practitioner qualification is aimed at anyone that is aspiring to become a change manager. It is also relevant to other staff involved in the change process. This could include:
Change leaders (e.g. senior responsible owners)
Change managers
Portfolio managers
Organisational development managers
Change ‘agents’ (e.g. business change managers)
Change implementers (e.g. programme/project managers)
Change support (e.g. programme/project office) and operational line managers/staff
Prerequisites
No prerequisites are necessary for attendance, although delegates would benefit from some experience of organisational change prior to attending this course.
